Spare parts management and sourcing network of parts

PT. SRP provide spare part management for customer in a timely manner. We ensure parts are original and we make sure that we deliver in a responsive time. If parts are not available on time, we provide sourcing locally with approval from our principals.

Technical Assistance

Our technical staffs are available when customer needs assistance. Our technical staffs can come onsite or if urgent by phone.
